I like to think I have really good reading comprehension skills, but I didn't see any mention of that in the article. Went back, and re-read it, and nope, not there. Just a generic term - dresses.

No one is suggesting that you have a filthy home if you don't sanitize endlessly every day. Stop using the chemicals, make your own cleaners. Directions for these are everywhere. I make my own laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, glass cleaner, air freshener, carpet cleaner, etc.

Lose-lose situation as it is unfolding. While I can understand (but not agree) with the actions used to cause these delays, it is never a good idea to punish the customers who only want to receive the service they paid for, in the stated time.
